It was a hot day and the water was just calling me. The wind of minor but the water was cool enough that the air around the lake was nice and cool. If I stopped paddling, I would start sweating more. When I did stop to just look around, it was nice to just put my arms in the water and cool down. I wish there was a spot that was only two feet deep or so, just to take a quick swim. I want to go up further north to check that area out soon. We will see.
